How do I delete my JetDex account?
In the app: open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
By email: if you can’t open the app any more, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We will confirm when it is done.
Deleting your account removes your profile, catches, photos, friends, scores and uploaded contact fingerprints. Everything is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something.
To leave the waitlist instead, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to us.
